The ELCH PRO Roofing group currently contains eleven Sealant products, used in a wide variety of roofing and coating applications, offering adhesion to most common materials such as bitumen, asbestos, polyurethane foam, asphalt, felt, metals and wood. The unique waterbased coating and roofing range is a 100% silicone, protective coating for roofing substrates. Weatherproof, easy to use, odourless, water clean-up. In addition to sealants, the group contains Flashing Tapes in 10 metre roll lengths and in the most popular tape widths.

Description Low modulus, neutral curing. Removes the need for grouting. Durable. Excellent adhesion to most types of lead. Good UV and weather resistance. Watertight and permanently flexible.Applications include: Roofing joints; Sealing lead flashing into brick, stone or concrete; gutters, downpipes and venting. Sealing overlaps in rigid sheet roofing.
