The ultimate lean to roof  the LT600 is an inexpensive roof glazing system utilising 600mm wide POLYCARBONATE sheets which are 35mm thick. The MP500 has been specifically designed for lean to conservatory roofing. It is also very versatile   accommodating roof pitches as low as 2.5 degrees

Ideal for those tight spots where height is a problem (maximum pitch 15 degrees. it has been designed to be installed by one person engineered to span up to 4 metres
 

Quick Installation Guide

Step 1
When your roof arrives find the wall pate box and read the full instructions, before you begin any work

Step 2

Drill the wall plate to the wall Ensuring it is level.

Step 3

Drill and fix the UPVC wall flashing using the back slot for 2.5 degree pitch, or the front slot

for a 15 degree pitch.

Step 4

To simplify installation of this roof system the flashing can be installed at this point

before the roof is installed so its much easier to reach, apply lead or flash band as required.

Step 5

Start glazing the roof at one end by fitting an edge bar first

Step 6

Fix an intermediate glazing bar remember to leave a 3mm gap both sides of the sheet for expansion, its best to use a sheet to size up the exact position where the bar should be fixed then fix it into place, you will need to push the roof sheet up in to the wall plate when fixing allow for this before you cut any sheets, ensure you sheets are sealed with tapes before they are fitted.

Step 7

You can now reach over the sheet using a rubber hammer line up the plastic trim into the aluminum bar and tap it in to place. You will need to fit the top gasket in to place at this stage.

Step 8

Now copy the same process for the rest of the sheets and bars, ensuring you fit the top gaskets as you go, finish with the opposite edge bar.

Step 9

Now fit the sheet closures to the bottom edges of the sheets, for a neat finish.

Step 10

The under clad on the wall plate can now be fitted.

Tips

Remember when cutting your sheets they will go up into the wall plate when fitted, if in doubt put you sheet in to position then mark its length then cut it to size.

The glazing bars have a UPVC under clad this should be in place before the bar is fitted.
